Engineering Support

From a standard part to a full project.

AQUROV keeps the whole path in one place: order online, buy in volume, modify a mature product, or hand a complex requirement to the engineering team behind AQUROV.

  1. 01

    Standard Product

Order catalogued components directly, with price and availability published on each product page.

  2. 02

    Bulk Order

AQUROV quotes volume quantities and repeat purchases for integrators, distributors and project buyers.

  3. 03

    Light Customization

AQUROV applies defined changes to mature products: cable lengths, connectors, mounting dimensions and packaging.

  4. 04

    AQUROV Engineering Support

Structures, control, power and communication work stays with AQUROV, which coordinates the engineering behind it.

Technical Resources

A technical library, not a blog.

Reference material for specifying, wiring and integrating underwater components, indexed by the question it answers.

01

Technical Reference

Standards, definitions and reference data for underwater components.

02

Manuals

Installation, operation and maintenance instructions.

03

Datasheets

Electrical, mechanical and interface specifications.

04

CAD Files

Dimensioned drawings and models for mechanical integration.

05

Wiring

Pinouts, connector wiring and power distribution layouts.

06

Compatibility Guides

Which components work together, and under which conditions.

07

Selection Guides

How to choose a component for a given duty.

The library is still being built. Datasheets, drawings and test data are sent on request — tell us the part number and what you need to verify.

Applications

Where AQUROV components go to work.

The same component families serve inspection, research, aquaculture and vehicle development.

ROV inspecting a submerged structure with cameras and lights

Underwater Inspection

Hull, structure and pipeline inspection with ROV-mounted cameras, lights and thrusters.

Research ROV being deployed from a vessel for survey work

Marine Research

Instrumented platforms for observation, sampling and data collection in the water column.

ROV working inside a fish farm cage for net inspection

Aquaculture

Net and cage inspection, feeding systems and site monitoring for fish farms.

ROV frame on a workbench while its thrusters and electronics are fitted

ROV Development

Components for builders assembling and iterating their own underwater platforms.

Power and control wiring being integrated inside an ROV enclosure

System Integration

Power, control and communication parts combined into a complete vehicle.

Common Problems

Does this match your last component order?

These are the problems ROV builders bring to us most often, and what happens to each one here.

  • The parts are right, but the total cost is not.

Unit price is one line of the invoice; freight, spares, repair turnaround and downtime are the rest. Price and stock are published on every listing instead of arriving with a quote.

    Browse the catalogue
  • Lead time, not price, is what stops the build.

Availability is shown on each product page rather than kept behind a quote request, so you can see what can move now and what cannot.

    See what is available
  • The standard part is 90% right.

Voltage, thrust, connectors, cable length, mounting, depth rating, control method: something always differs. Defined changes to mature products are handled without turning the order into a full custom project.

    Light customization
  • Five pieces now, five hundred later.

Projects start at samples and grow from there. Samples and small batches are served, and repeat purchasing is quoted for volume.

    Bulk and repeat orders
  • The datasheet numbers have to survive the water.

If you need test data, drawings, a datasheet or batch records before you commit, ask for them and say what you intend to verify.

    Request test data
  • Two suppliers, two interfaces, one headache.

Thrusters, ESCs, connectors, enclosures and control electronics come from one catalogue, and a compatibility question goes to the engineering side rather than back to you.

Evidence

What we can show you, before you commit.

Trust here comes from testing, drawings and documentation rather than from slogans, so every item below is something you can ask us for.

AQUROV component under pressure test in a water tank during batch inspection
  • Test conditions and results

A figure comes with the conditions it was measured under, not as a theoretical maximum. Ask for the test data behind the number.

  • Pressure test records

Ask for the depth checks behind the depth rating in the specification.

  • Inspection before dispatch

Components are inspected against the documented specification before release. Ask what is checked.

  • Engineering drawings

Dimensions, mounting points and interfaces are drawn, not estimated. Ask for the drawing you need to fit the part.

  • Batch consistency

Repeat orders are produced to the same documented specification. Ask how that is verified.

  • Documentation and revisions

Datasheets, manuals, CAD and wiring guides are versioned and maintained, so ask which revision you are buying.

Engineering Depth

Engineering depth behind AQUROV

AQUROV is the brand, the storefront and the customer relationship. When a project needs core structures, control systems, power or communication work, AQUROV coordinates that engineering and stays your single point of contact.

Supported by the ROVMAKER engineering team for complex projects.

  • Mechanical structures and integration
  • Control, power and communication
  • Technical documentation and revision control
