Standard configuration has no protective grille. A grille is optional. Confirm the selected order’s contents before checkout.
Enclosed motor construction
Compact motor, propeller and duct assembly for underwater propulsion.

-
Fully enclosed metal housing
The housing helps limit sediment and impurities entering the motor assembly. Corrosion-resistant surface treatment supports underwater use.
-
Fluid-filled motor assembly
Internal filling fluid is part of the enclosed motor design. Keep the motor cover closed during routine installation.
-
Integrated mounting interface
Two M4 mounting holes are spaced 23 mm apart. Use the dimensional drawing to check your frame and fastener engagement before assembly.

7075 aluminum alloy propeller
The propeller is matched to the motor and duct. Select the CW or CCW configuration for each position in your vehicle layout.
CW / CCW identify the propeller configuration. Forward and reverse operation also depends on the controller and control setup.
required by your vehicle layout.
Protective grille
The standard configuration is supplied without a grille. An optional grille is available when your installation requires one.

View the 80A Brushless ESC product ↗
Three motor wires go to the ESC phase outputs, the DC supply to the ESC power input and the signal controller to the control input. Check the supplied unit’s wiring and control settings before powering on.
One ESC for each thruster
Each brushless motor needs its own controller. Do not connect the thruster directly to a battery.
No BEC output
The listed ESC has no BEC. Power the signal controller from a separate supply or regulator.
Confirm the order configuration
The ESC is shown as a matching accessory. Check whether it is included in your order before checkout.

01
Secure the mount
Check the frame interface, mounting clearance and fastener engagement before tightening.
02
Keep the flow path clear
Keep frame members, cables and loose objects away from both ends of the duct and the rotating propeller.
03
Provide cable strain relief
Secure the cable route to the frame. Allow for cable heating during prolonged operation.
Pressure test equipment
Original pressure chamber and analog gauge photographs.

The original product material shows the thruster inside a pressure chamber, with a close-up of the analog pressure gauge.
The product data sheet lists a depth specification of up to 300 m. Use this data-sheet value for integration planning.
The photograph illustrates the equipment shown in the source material. It does not by itself establish a pressure certification.
Ordering & compatibility FAQ
Which ESC should I select?
Use the AQUROV 80A Brushless ESC (Core-S ESC 80A V2), with one ESC per thruster. Its confirmed input range is 20–52 V DC, including a fully charged 12S Li-ion / LiPo pack at 50.4 V. Match the control signal and verify the supplied unit’s wiring before powering on.
Is the ESC included with the thruster?
No. It is a matching accessory, sold separately. Check the contents of the selected order configuration before checkout.
Should I choose CW or CCW?
Select the configuration required for each position in your vehicle layout. These labels describe the propeller configuration; forward and reverse operation also depends on the ESC and control setup.
Are forward and reverse thrust the same?
No. The data sheet lists maximum forward thrust of 13.5 kgf and maximum reverse thrust of 10.1 kgf at 48 V.
Does the standard configuration include a grille?
No. A protective grille is optional and is not fitted as standard.
