Shipping & Delivery
International express delivery with clear freight and lead times.
AQUROV ships most standard component orders through established international carriers including DHL, FedEx and UPS. Typical express transit time after dispatch is 3–7 business days for most destinations, while selected destinations may be delivered in 2–3 business days.
Freight is calculated at checkout where available. Large, customized, distributor and project orders are reviewed separately, with the shipping method, cost and lead time confirmed before the order is finalized.
Transit times are estimates from dispatch and may vary due to customs clearance, remote-area delivery, public holidays and local carrier conditions.
Shipping methods
Shipping methods matched to the order.
Small and medium orders of standard AQUROV components are normally shipped by international express through DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination, parcel size and available service.
Most express destinations are typically reached within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Selected major destinations may be delivered in 2–3 business days. Larger, heavier, customized, distributor and project orders can be arranged by air freight, sea freight or agreed EXW, FOB or CIF terms.
| Order profile | Typical shipping method | Typical transit |
|---|---|---|
| Standard components and small quantities | DHL, FedEx or UPS international express | Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch |
| Selected major destinations | Priority international express | May arrive in 2–3 business days |
| Volume, distributor and project orders | Air freight, sea freight, EXW, FOB or CIF | Confirmed for the order |
| Oversized, heavy or customized shipments | Reviewed and quoted individually | Confirmed before dispatch |
Every transit time above is counted from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed, and is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Customs clearance, remote-area delivery, public holidays and local carrier conditions can all move it. The time AQUROV commits to is the lead time confirmed for your order.
Freight
Freight is either calculated in the store or quoted by hand.
Most orders fall into the first case below: the store calculates the freight for the destination and you pay it at checkout. Everything else is priced by a person, so nothing is charged on a guess.
Calculated automatically at checkout
These orders complete online, freight included.
- The items are standard catalogue products
- Quantity and configuration are fully specified
- The shipment's size and weight fit a standard shipping method
- The destination is served by a standard shipping method
- No special trade terms are involved
Quoted by hand
These cases are calculated by our team before the order terms are fixed.
- Special dimensions or weight
- A destination or transport mode outside the standard services
- A customized or project order
- Trade terms that cannot be standardized
What happens when the freight cannot be calculated
The order is reviewed instead of being priced automatically, and the freight is confirmed together with the order terms. That review is one of the reasons a non-standard order is not simply completed at checkout.
Stock and lead time
In Stock or Made to Order — and the clock starts at payment.
AQUROV runs a mixed stock model. Common standard components are kept on the shelf; high-value, low-frequency and special-specification items are produced after the order is placed. Which one applies is shown on the product itself.
In Stock
A stocked item can be picked and packed once payment is complete and the order has passed review. Stock is held for an order once payment is in, so the same units are not promised twice.
Made to Order
A made-to-order item is produced for your order after it is accepted. Its lead time is confirmed for that order rather than quoted from a generic table.
| Order type | When the lead time starts counting |
|---|---|
| Standard products | Payment is complete and the order has passed review |
| Lightly customized products | Payment is complete and the final drawings are confirmed |
A confirmed quotation is not yet an accepted order. Lead time is confirmed internally before it is promised to you. For orders that include a bounded change — cable length, connector, interface, packaging — see Light Customization for how the drawings are confirmed.
If something changes
We tell you before it becomes a problem.
Supply and shipping conditions change, and the order status is not always the one that was planned. What matters is that you hear it from us.
- If a lead time changes, we say so instead of letting the order sit silently.
- If a change clearly affects your project, you get a new estimated time and the options that go with it.
- If an item is out of stock, you can wait for the next delivery, take an alternative model, receive the rest of the order first, or take a refund for that item.
- If you need the goods faster, expediting is checked against stock, purchasing, production, quality inspection and logistics before it is promised.
After dispatch
What you hear from us, and when.
The contact who handled the order stays with it after the goods leave, so a shipping question does not start again from the beginning.
-
01
Dispatch notice
When the goods leave, the order is updated and the shipping details are sent to you.
-
02
Tracking
The shipment carries its tracking reference, so its progress can be followed with the carrier.
-
03
Arrival check
Large, bulk, customized and distributor orders are followed up directly: whether the goods arrived, whether the packaging was intact, and whether anything came up at first use.
Smaller orders are followed through the carrier's own tracking notifications rather than a personal check-in. If a shipment looks wrong on arrival, photograph the carton and its contents before opening anything further, and send it with the order number.
Splitting and speeding up
Partial shipments and expedited handling are possible, both confirmed first.
Neither is assumed. Each is checked against the actual state of the order before it is agreed, so a promise is not made on top of an unknown warehouse or production situation.
Partial shipments
A large order can be split so that the parts that are ready move first. Before anything ships, four things are agreed: the quantity going in the first shipment, the lead time for the remainder, the extra freight, and who carries that extra freight.
Expedited handling
Where an expedite can be done, an expedite fee may apply.
If stock runs short
An order that cannot be filled in full is not left in silence. A wait for the next batch is confirmed with its expected time, and an alternative model is only substituted with the differences explained and your confirmation given first.
Customs and documents
What travels with the goods.
Every international shipment leaves with its commercial invoice and its packing list, which describe the goods in the order, the quantity and the value declared for the shipment.
Duties, taxes and clearance
Import rules, duties and taxes are set by the destination country and differ from one market to the next, so this page does not state one blanket rule. If your destination needs something documented or decided, send the destination together with the products you are ordering.
Questions
The three questions that decide a shipping plan.
Short answers here; a figure is quoted against a specific destination and a specific order.
Can I see the shipping cost before I pay?
Yes, whenever the shipment can be priced automatically: freight is calculated for your destination and shown at checkout, before payment. When the shipment falls outside the standard services — special size or weight, a special destination or transport mode, a customized or project order, or non-standard trade terms — the freight is quoted by hand and confirmed with the order terms.
When does the lead time start counting?
For standard products, once payment is complete and the order has passed review. For lightly customized products, once payment is complete and the final drawings are confirmed. A quotation on its own does not start the clock, because a confirmed price is not yet an accepted order.
Do you ship to my country, and how long does delivery take?
AQUROV ships internationally, primarily through DHL, FedEx and UPS for standard component orders. Most destinations are typically reached within 3–7 business days after dispatch, while selected destinations may be delivered in 2–3 business days.
The final carrier and transit estimate depend on the destination, parcel size, service availability and customs requirements. Large, customized and project shipments are reviewed separately, and the shipping method, freight and estimated transit time are confirmed with the order.
Where to go next
Shipping is one part of the order.
These pages cover the parts that sit on either side of the shipment.
- Warranty & Returns What the warranty covers by product type, what it does not cover, and how a claim is raised.
- After-sales Support Missing accessories, alternative models, documentation, spare parts and technical questions.
- Bulk Orders Quantity and distributor pricing, stock reservation, and how a volume order is scheduled.
Send the destination and the products.
Freight, lead time and shipping documents are answered against a real order, so the more of it you send in the first message — products, quantity, destination, and any deadline your project has — the more precise the answer can be.
