AQUROV Underwater Robotics Components

Distributor Program

A long-term supply partnership for distributors and system integrators.

AQUROV works with distributors, resellers and system integrators who supply underwater robotics components in their own market. The model is straightforward: you hold the customer relationship and the local inventory, we supply the products, documentation and the engineering support behind them.

Cooperation begins with a short commercial review — market, product fit and purchasing potential — before any terms are agreed.

Partner types

Who we partner with.

Partners usually reach us with an existing customer base and a product gap they want to fill with a supplier they can rely on for repeat orders.

Marine equipment distributors

Companies that already sell marine technology in their region and want to add ROV components and underwater robotics parts to an existing catalog.

Underwater propulsion and component resellers

Resellers focused on thrusters, ESCs, cameras, lights, grippers, servos and sealing parts, who need one supplier behind a broad range.

System integrators

Integrators who build complete ROV or subsea systems and buy components repeatedly as projects arrive, often with their own engineering team.

Marine and port service companies

Service businesses doing inspection, maintenance and underwater work that need spares and consumables available without a long lead time.

Aquaculture equipment companies

Suppliers to fish farms and aquaculture operators who need thrusters, cameras, lights and buoyancy materials for their customers' installations.

Not on this list?

If you sell into the underwater or marine market and see a fit with our product range, send the same information. We review the market, not the label on your business.

The offer

What partners get.

The point of a distributor relationship is that the second order costs you less work than the first — in pricing, in specification and in support.

  • Distributor and bulk pricing for the products you sell in your market
  • Repeat orders that reuse the agreed specification, documentation and inspection level instead of being re-quoted line by line
  • Product documentation you can pass on in your own technical discussions
  • Engineering support behind you when an end customer's project becomes technical
  • One supplier across several product families, so the range you offer stays consistent

Pricing is one part of the arrangement. Lead time, payment terms and the level of customization all belong to the same conversation, which is why cooperation terms are agreed per partner rather than published as a single open rate card.

Larger one-off purchases without a partnership: Bulk Orders. Project-level support and customization: Engineering Support.

Selection

What we look for in a partner.

There is no fixed qualification form. We review five things, and a partner who is strong in most of them is worth starting with.

What we look at Why it matters
Market and region Whether the territory fits our product range and whether you already sell into it
Product portfolio fit Whether our components extend what you sell today rather than duplicate it
Purchasing potential How often you expect to order and at what scale — pricing and stock planning are built on this
Technical capability Whether you can handle first-line selection and support questions, or need them routed to us
Existing customer base Who you sell to today — integrators, service companies, aquaculture operators, ports, research buyers

Longer-term items such as pricing reviews and protection arrangements are not settled up front. They are discussed as the cooperation matures and the market is being served consistently.

Process

How cooperation starts.

Four steps, and no obligation to place a first order before the terms are clear on both sides.

  • 01

    Send your profile

Company, market, product families of interest, expected purchasing pattern and your technical capability.

  • 02

    Commercial and capability review

We check the market, the fit with our range and what pricing, stock and support would have to look like for your customers, and we discuss the cooperation conditions with you.

  • 03

    Agree the terms

Product families, pricing level, payment terms, lead time and who handles which support question — confirmed in writing.

  • 04

    Sample or first order

Start with a sample or a first order for the products you actually sell, then widen the range as repeat demand is proven. Repeat orders reuse the agreed specification.

Status

How distributor purchasing works today — and what is planned.

This page describes two different things on purpose: the arrangement you can enter into now, and the online wholesale tools that are still being built.

Available today

  • Distributor pricing confirmed per partner, product family and order quantity
  • Standard items ordered through the store checkout, with special payment, trade or logistics terms arranged directly with our team
  • Agreed specifications, documentation and inspection level kept on file for repeat orders
  • Terms reviewed with you as your volumes and market develop
  • Engineering and after-sales support behind you for end-customer projects

Planned next step

  • A distributor account with wholesale prices shown after login
  • Published tier pricing, so repeat orders can be placed without waiting for a quote
  • Faster repeat ordering against your agreed specification

Read the planned items above as a plan, not a live feature

Logged-in wholesale pricing and published tier tables are not live on this site yet. Until they are, distributor pricing is agreed with each partner and confirmed in writing, and any price you see in the store is the retail price, not a distributor price.

One-off volume purchases that are not part of a partnership are handled as bulk orders, described on the Bulk Orders page.

Questions

Distributor questions.

What partners ask before they send an application.

Is there a minimum order quantity to become a distributor?

There is no single site-wide MOQ for partnership. Minimum order quantity is confirmed per product family, because it follows how the item is produced rather than one blanket rule.

The starting point is the commercial and capability review. Once the product families and the expected purchasing pattern are clear, the MOQ, price and lead time for those families are confirmed together.

How is distributor pricing agreed today?

Per partner, and per product family within that partner's range. It takes account of order quantity, lead time, payment terms and how much customization is involved, and it is confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

Published wholesale prices and tier tables for logged-in distributor accounts are a planned next step and are not available on this site yet.

Can we start with a single bulk order?

Yes. The usual first step is a bulk order for the products you actually sell, while the commercial and capability review runs in parallel. Distributor terms are agreed once both sides are comfortable with the fit and the volumes are real rather than projected.

Who supports the end customer after the sale?

You do, on the first line — you hold the customer relationship and the local stock. Complex technical problems and quality issues come back to AQUROV, and we work them through with you.

The engineering capability behind the products stays available to you: when an end customer's project turns technical, our team works the question through with you rather than around you.

How support requests are routed: After-sales Support.
