We’re excited to bring you our all-metal, high-torque underwater servo. This little powerhouse is compact, lightweight, and known for its impressive torque. It’s perfect for underwater applications.
Simple Operation and Maintenance
You’ll find it easy to operate this underwater servo. It doesn’t need specific maintenance, but it’s simple to maintain if required. It can function at underwater depths of up to 300 meters. The servo’s torque output stays stable, especially with the use of the virtual shaft. This feature boosts load balance. Plus, it’s versatile. It’s great for various bionic machines, mechanical arms, and underwater robots.
Design and Materials
Our micro servo motor has a fully sealed design. We’ve made the outer shell from aluminum alloy, and the output shaft from high-precision 316 stainless steel. This pairing ensures high transmission precision and strong corrosion resistance. The servo is sealed reliably and can be used in various water areas. We’ve filled the interior with pressure oil for excellent heat dissipation.
Control and Performance
The underwater servo operates at a rated voltage of 12V and delivers a peak torque of 3N.M. It’s controlled by a PWM signal. The all-steel gears of the steering gear resist tooth breakage and offer strong bearing capacity. The drive shaft, built with a ceramic pressure bearing ball, can withstand large axial loads. This makes the underwater servo suitable for a diverse range of application scenarios.
Installation and Usage
The product shell of the micro servo motor has many threaded holes for easy installation. It fits the steering gear in various positions. You can also install a “virtual axis” for more usage scenarios. The virtual shaft is easy to install and remove. It rotates smoothly thanks to a ball bearing. Please note, the virtual shaft bearing is a wear part. It needs regular replacement based on actual use.
