Instructions for use

Male:

Option 1: (strongly recommended) After the cable is welded, the epoxy resin potting process is performed in the area shown in the figure below. It can effectively avoid the short circuit of water leakage caused by a broken cable.

Option 2: After the cable is welded, use this connector to seal with the sealing rubber sleeve (applicable wire diameter 6-8mm)

Female seat:

Option 1: Applicable to the case where the sheet is too thick, the female seat is fixed by the thread and the matching part, and the thread is added with a proper amount of thread locking rubber to avoid No thread loosening or encapsulation of epoxy resin at the thread

Option 2: The female seat and the mating parts are fixed by the nut with the joint, and the maximum thickness of the matching part is 4mm.

Precautions:

– The mother seat is fitted with a smooth surface for optimum waterproofing (eg acrylic, smooth stainless steel)

– When installing the base, make sure that the bottom seal completely enters the seal groove

– When installing the sealing rubber ring on the male cable, apply a proper amount of grease to the cable. The sealing rubber ring is evenly deformed to avoid water leakage.

1. Aluminum alloy material, surface oxidation treatment.

2. Multilayer seal design, effective waterproof depth of 200 meters.

• Test water depth of 6mm cable is 200 m.and maintain pressure for 2 hours.
• Test water depth of 300 m after epoxy resin pouring, holding pressure for 2.5 hours.

3. Rated current 5A of each core, and it is a stable connection.

4. It is each for operation, and the size is 48.2mm x 20mm.

When matched with the plug, the female head can be sealed after the male head is pulled out.

Attention:

1. Only when the base is mounted on a smooth surface can it have the best waterproof effect (such as acrylic, smooth stainless steel, etc.)

2. When installing the mother seat, make sure that the bottom sealing ring has completely entered the sealing groove.

3. When the sealing ring is installed on the cable of the male head, an appropriate amount of grease can be applied on the cable, and even deformation of the sealing ring

can avoid leakage accidents.
